Insanity Group is a rapidly growing media company operating in the music, broadcast, live and digital markets across the UK and USA. Insanity represent top tier digital, broadcast and music talent, and operates a record label in partnership with Sony Music. Insanity are seeking an an efficient, organised and enthusiastic Paralegal to join our Business Affairs team. The Paralegal will work closely with the Director, Legal & Business Affairs and the Business Affairs Executive on a broad range of matters across the whole business.

Insanity is a highly collaborative business and the Business Affairs team works in collaboration with all departments. We are looking for someone who is a not afraid to roll up their sleeves. No two days are the same, so you’ll need to be able to think fast on your feet and actively respond to matters as they arise in a professional and pragmatic manner. You’ll also gain valuable experience in-house and the opportunity to work closely with our digital, broadcast and music departments in a varied and exciting role.
Duties and responsibilities
The role is usually carried out during normal business hours from the company’s head office situated within Sony Music Entertainment’s offices close to High Street Kensington. On occasion, the job may require evening or weekend work, remote working or work-related travel for new business opportunities.
The typical working day will be eight hours with an hour for lunch. Start time allows for flexibility within core business hours. May offer flexible working hours at the discretion of the Directors.
The job may involve working with challenging stakeholders or clients, from time to time.
