As part of the company’s deeper expansion into Brand Partnerships, Insanity is looking for an exceptional Partnerships Manager to join its dynamic London based Partnerships team; who’s primary function is to act as a digital and physical partnerships facilitator both within and external to the Insanity Group business. The candidate will be responsible for procuring partnerships for a variety of talent, both on and off roster, and brand clients; as well as offering strategic support and consultation to the wider business. Broadly, the individual will be working within a growing team to procure opportunities across the Insanity Group rosters, whilst also building relationships with external client partners across both talent and brands. They will be responsible for outreach, administrative and reporting procedures, talent liaising, as well as personally promoting a culture of collaboration across the company.

The candidate will be a motivated and highly organised exceptional team player, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work from multiple directions of partnerships simultaneously, to an exceptional standard. As an area of the business that is currently undergoing repositioning as a standalone business within the group, the candidate will have proactive mindset to seek out opportunities with a “start-up” mentality. They will have a drive to work collaboratively within their team and the wider business, and demonstrate the desire and capacity to work across various company areas and industry sectors.

Job requirements

Duties and responsibilities

  • With a primary responsibility of working within the Partnerships division of Insanity, the Partnerships Manager will contribute to this team to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations are run efficiently.
  • Negotiate, procure and manage brand partnerships for multiple clients under the global Insanity Group rosters.
  • Proactively communicate with agency, media, digital and brand industries to procure opportunities for the Partnerships division, seeking opportunities to source and supply talent for national and global marketing campaigns.
  • Seek out, secure, manage and oversee b2c and b2b partnerships
  • With assistance from the Partnerships Team Assistant, the Partnerships Manager will be responsible for assisting with the following for partnerships; negotiation; contract execution; scheduling; seeing through deliverables for brands and artists; and gathering insights on partnerships to share with brands / clients. They will also be responsible for ensuring all filing and admin, inc; contracts, digital insights and other materials relating to campaigns are present and correct in Insanity’s internal database.
  • The Partnerships Division also represent a number of non-exclusive talent not signed to the Group for commercial partnership opportunities under a Commercial Partnerships roster; the Partnerships Manager therefore will also be responsible for providing these same duties when providing services to this Commercial Partnerships roster.
  • The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for contributing to all relevant, or creating where required, team databases, assets and documents, including; roster presentations, contact databases, cross-roster talent information, case studies, sponsorship decks and specific target lists.
  • The Partnerships Manager will support the wider Insanity Group teams as required and when directed, with strategic support and consultation for relevant talent projects eg. Podcast sponsorship or own brand IP projects, across the global rosters.
  • They will conduct proactive outreach for clients on the global group rosters.
  • The Partnerships Manager will create presentations for use in pitches and client meetings where necessary.
  • They will also be responsible for going back to incoming enquiries received directly to the team or by way of intro from a member of the wider business; pitching talent, sharing media kits and rate cards, and using their sound judgment to decide whether brand partnerships are on brand for clients before pursuing these and presenting to relevant Talent Managers.
  • The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for attending meetings with brand marketing companies, PR teams, agencies and pitching relevant talent across the global group and Commercial Partnerships rosters. They will do this independently; with wider Partnerships Team members; or with Talent Managers who work under ITM. They will be responsible for following up after such meetings regarding securing partnerships for talent.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships and foster new relationships.
  • The Partnerships Manager will continue to identify suitable talent for the Commercial Partnerships rosters.
  • Proactively communicate with agency, media, digital and brand industries to procure opportunities for the Partnerships division, seeking opportunities to source and supply talent for national and global marketing campaigns.
  • Secure, manage and oversee b2c and b2b partnerships.



  • 2+ years of experience in a role encompassing either talent partnerships, or b2c / b2b.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding & knowledge of the partnerships & digital landscape, as well as knowledge of the broader entertainment, music, culture, brand and media industries.
  • Must demonstrate a strong network of contacts at interview stage, who hold responsibilities for strategic marketing partnerships within the media, entertainment, brand, and agency industries.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, coupled with proficient influencing skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of fostering and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning.
  • Self-starter who is motivated with the ability to prioritise work and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and teamwork skills with good attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate a high quality of work performed both accurately and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to think clearly and quickly under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Working conditions

The role is usually carried out during normal business hours from the company’s head office situated within Sony Music Entertainment’s offices close to High Street Kensington, however, we will be moving to Kings Cross from 1st May 2022.

The typical working day will be eight hours with an hour for lunch. Start time allows for flexibility within core business hours. We are currently trialing an agile working policy and may also offer flexible working hours at the discretion of the Directors. As Insanity operates busy offices both in the UK and the US, working hours will often require individuals to be available on PST and EST time zones.

The job may involve working with challenging stakeholders or clients, from time to time.
