Insanity Group is a rapidly growing media company operating in the music, broadcast, live and digital markets. Insanity represent top tier broadcast and music talent and operate a record label in partnership with Sony Music. ‘Brand Socials™’ is Insanity Talent Management’s new division primarily focusing on the significant opportunities currently available in respect of high profile talent led marketing on digital and non-linear platforms.


Insanity are looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Manger to join its dynamic team. An essential position within this expanding company, the role is responsible for obtaining paid engagements in the broadcast and digital markets for the company’s slate of high profile media personalities together with sourcing talent for established brands to assist with their marketing strategy. Whilst its not essential that the successful candidate brings a roster with them, it would be necessary for them to be able to sign exciting talent to the company. The role would rely upon their network of contacts within the industry but would be supported by our collaborative team.


The Senior Talent Manager must be capable of working closely alongside the management team and able to add value to wider company operations where needed, for example suggesting Insanity Records for sync opportunities on a TV show that a client has been confirmed to host.

Job requirements

Duties and responsibilities

  • Managing a roster of high profile clients within the entertainment industries
  • Cross selling opportunities into the companies' wider roster of clients
  • Have a keen eye for new client opportunities and a tenacious approach to outreach
  • Ability to foster new and existing relationships across the industry for the benefit of all Insanity clients
  • Researching opportunities for brand collaborations for Insanity clients
  • Negotiating terms and / or deliverables for a client’s engagement
  • Seek to increase earning opportunities for Insanity clients
  • Reviewing contracts
  • Attending key engagements with Insanity talent
  • Setting up and attending meetings with / for Insanity talent
  • Maintaining accurate document management and liaising with the Finance department to collect fees
  • Driving business growth into new areas alongside a team a likeminded team of professionals 



  • Keen interest in the entertainment business
  • Experience of working in the commercial sector
  • Able to prioritise tasks and time manage
  • Competent IT abilities both with applications (Word, Microsoft, Excel, Mail, PowerPoint) and cloud based services (G Suite)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • High levels of influencing and communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative way with other staff and stake holders
  • Outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills with an ability to multitask
  • Motivated, tenacious, ambitious and willing to learn

  • Undergraduate Degree (preferably at 2:1 or above)
  • Knowledge of the broadcast and influencer landscape
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Talent Manager

Working conditions

The role is usually carried out during normal business hours from the company’s head office situated within Sony Music Entertainment’s offices close to High Street Kensington. On occasion, the job may require evening or weekend work, remote working or work related travel.

The typical working day will be eight hours with an hour for lunch. Start time allows for flexibility within core business hours.

The job may involve working with challenging stakeholders or clients, from time to time.

Direct reports

The role requires a person comfortable with overseeing transactions, positively challenging any concerns and coaching junior members of staff. Direct reports may include apprentices, interns or work experience placements.
