Overview:

  • The Partnerships Coordinator plays an essential supporting role within Insanity, assisting in the development and delivery of strategic brand collaborations across the group that enhance the careers of our exciting roster of talent.

  • The role supports teams across the business, embodying our collaborative and integrated approach to brand partnerships.

  • The Partnerships Coordinator will have some prior experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management, with an understanding of how to support the building and execution of brand partnerships, maintain client relationships, and help ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns.

  • The Partnerships Coordinator contributes to:

    • Providing administrative and logistical support for partnerships from initial pitch through to campaign delivery.

    • Supporting the planning and execution of brand partnership strategies that align with clients’ personal brands, audiences, and communities.

    • Assisting team members in maintaining strong relationships with clients and positioning them for success in their respective fields.

    • Conducting research to identify potential brand partners and helping to build relationships with agencies and in-house marketing teams.

    • Helping to nurture relationships with key marketing industry decision-makers.

    • Supporting colleagues across the business in relation to branded opportunities.

    • Staying informed on social media trends, digital innovations, and influencer marketing developments to ensure client activations remain relevant and effective.

    • Consistently demonstrating professional, positive, and values-driven behaviour in line with Insanity’s purpose, mission, and values.

Responsibilities

 

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update internal databases, systems and shared documents with accurate records of partnership activity, contacts and campaign progress.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls and presentations with brands, agencies and internal teams.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take clear and concise notes, and circulate actions and next steps to relevant stakeholders.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, case studies and post-campaign summaries for both internal and external use.

  • Ensure all contracts, briefs, creative assets and related documents are organised and stored in line with company processes.

  • Support invoicing and financial administration related to brand partnerships, working closely with finance and business affairs teams.

  • Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements and scheduling for partnership activations, shoots and events.

  • Monitor campaign timelines and deliverables, providing reminders and updates to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Partnerships team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Partnership Coordination and Execution:

  • Provide logistical and administrative support in the execution of brand partnerships and campaigns.

  • Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and align with both the brand’s and the talent’s objectives.

  • Liaise with internal teams (including legal, talent managers, and finance) to assist in the coordination of deal processes and campaign deliverables.

  • Track deliverables, collect performance data, and assist in post-campaign reporting.

  • Support the team in staying informed on emerging trends and identifying new opportunities that align with company and client objectives.

 

Client and Stakeholder Support:

  • Support the Partnerships team in maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders including brands, agencies, and clients.

  • Act as a point of contact for day-to-day coordination and communication as required.

  • Assist in preparing updates, reports, and insights for clients and internal teams on the progress and performance of partnerships.

 

Market Insight and Trend Research:

  • Monitor industry trends, social platforms, and emerging technologies to help inform partnership strategies.

  • Conduct research into brands, market sectors, and competitor activity to support proactive outreach and proposal development.

  • Share insights and findings regularly with the Partnerships and wider Insanity teams.

 

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG):

  • Support the identification of opportunities to improve the company’s ESG impact.

  • Act as an advocate for Insanity’s values and help ensure all business is conducted ethically and responsibly.

Key Competencies, Skills, and Experience:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or a related field within entertainment, media, or digital industries.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Good understanding of brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and social media campaigns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners.

  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Awareness of ESG principles and how they apply to brand and business practices.
